CONTEMPORARY / teenie dance 



The dance course, specially designed for young audiences, is based on four focal points: Improving body movement skills and body awareness: motor coordination, body parts (head, shoulders, hips, hands, etc.) and supporting body parts in relation to the floor; exploring the relationship body & space: kinesphere (cube) and, space levels (high, medium and low); exploring body flow: free and controlled; perception of time/rhythm: fast, slow, impulse, accent, etc.

These contents are applied within a lesson that includes the following: warm-up, exercises to strengthen muscles and restructure the skeleton, phrases of movement, games, improvisation, choreography, composition and stretching.
